The Carolean Room with its stunning 17th Century plasterwork is approached
through the Long Gallery. It is licensed for Civil Marriage Ceremonies
which, these days, take place regularly not only on Saturdays but on Fridays
and Sundays and occasionally on other days of the week.
The Salon is ideal for wedding banquets for which a broad range of menus
is available, all meeting Hintlesham's exacting standards of cuisine.
